We have made some exciting new changes to our bread program here at Lina’s!
We changed over to a high quality, all natural, Italian component for our in-house breads. This gives us unique and creative freedom to make breads with the authentic taste and texture of Italy, the enzymes are from the Italian region of Apulia
You can now find a new artisanal roll called a fougasse, and we have brought back ciabatta buns and loafs to our selection of fresh bread found in the bakery department.
