One of our favorite dinners of the year, inspired to the region called “the heart of Italy” – here’s the menu:

Amuse Bouche: grilled mortadella and caramelized beer

First Course: Norcina pasta

Palate Cleaner: Blackberry sorbet

Main Course: Truffle Beef tenderloin

Dessert: Salame del Re
