Chef’s Table Dinner – Veneto

Veneto is a region really bonded to the land, sharing a huge food history. In fact, the venetian recipes are old fashioned but simple. The flavors are unique, cause good, simple ingredients are what our nonnas loved the most.

Amuse Bouche: Fried red Radicchio

First Course: Duck Ragout Bigoli

Palate cleaner: Pear sorbet

Main Course: Stuffed Duck

Dessert: Tiramisu
