• Antipasto: Salumi, Cheese, Olives & Crusty Italian Bread; Bruschetta (garlic sourdough bread with fresh cherry tomatoes and lemon shrimp)

• Pasta: Conchiglie al Ragù (shell pasta with braised red wine beef ragout and Pecorino Toscano)

• Main: Galletto (rosemary cornish hen) with roasted Parisienne potatoes and stewed cannellini beans fiaschetto

• Dessert: Cremino (white chocolate, lime & raspberry crème brûlée)
