Cicchetti Pate’ di Tonno e Olive

INGREDIENTI:
80g Canned tuna in olive oil
150g Lina’s black olives pate
Olive oil to taste
Sliced baguette
ISTRUZIONI:
This is a very quick and simple recipe that only requires you to have a mixer!
In a mixer blend together the tuna, olives pate and a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
Mix together until smooth.
Slice a fresh baguette and toast it with a little bit of olive oil on a pan. 30 seconds per side.
Spread the olive-tuna pate on the warm bread and enjoy your quick snack / appetizer choice.
*Suggestion: use the pate as a pasta sauce! Cook 100g of dry pasta per person and add the tuna-olive compote to the pasta, mixing it with some olive oil and a couple tsp of cooking water (it's starchy!). Spaghetti is our choice!
