Danish Blue Cheese bruschetta snacks

INGREDIENTI:

Baguette sliced

2-4 Portobello mushrooms

200g Castello traditional Danish blue cheese

Fresh rosemary

Olive oil

Lina's tomato bruschetta

ISTRUZIONI:

Let's start by slicing our famous Puglia baguette into 1inch thick slices. Toast them in a pan with some olive oil 30 second per side and set aside.

Slice think the Portobello mushrooms and grill them on a pan until they are cooked.

Arrange them on the toasted baguette slices. Top with some Danish Blue Cheese and place in the oven at 350F until the cheese is slightly melted.

Finish with fresh rosemary and serve with some fresh bruschetta on the side.

*Suggestion!

Make this recipe as a sandwich base. Fill the baguette with Portobello mushrooms, Danish blue cheese and add the deli meat of your choice!
